The Grabb app allows a user to to pre-order and pre-pay for meals. This beautiful app provides businesses with an opportunity to offer a mobile ordering solution to customers. The solution consists of two major portals. On the consumer side, a user can place an order in real time, as well as view order status, wait times and predicted completion times. The app pushes notifications to the user to keep them updated on the status of their order.
On the merchant side, a tablet app serves as a POS to receive & track orders, change order statuses and send email receipts back to customers. These two systems work together seamlessly to provide a fantastic dining experience without waiting in lines.
